Since 1944, Bethany Christian Services has been a national leader in adoption and is the largest adoption agency in the United States. As a private, not-for-profit, and faith-based organization, Bethany maintains a nationwide network of 75 offices located in 30 states and more than a dozen countries. Bethany provides a variety of social services in support of families and children, including Embryo Donation and Adoption Services, in addition to Domestic, Older/Special Needs and International Adoption Services. Since its inception, Bethany has placed more than 28,000 children with their forever families.

Bethany also meets the needs of a large number of infertile couples as well as the community professionals who serve them. Bethany’s “Stepping Stones Infertility, Support, and Education Program” communicates with over 10,000 subscribers to the program’s bi-monthly publication called the Stepping Stones Magazine, convenes an annual conference for infertile couples, and for 8 years has provided education, referral services, and supportive services to those struggling with infertility issues.

Bethany’s Embryo Donation and Adoption Experience: Bethany’s entrée into the embryo donation and adoption field originated in 2000. Today, Bethany Christian Services provides a full range of Embryo Donation and Adoption Services, including home study assessments, counseling and education services, as well as full service programs to assist couples through the Embryo Donation and Embryo Adoption process. In addition, Bethany provides counseling and clinical services for Medical Practices who wish to offer Embryo Donation and Adoption services to their patients. Bethany has also developed partnerships with the medical community in order to assist with the relationship and adoption aspects of the process.
