Carol Sommerfelt, a nationally recognized embryologist with the National Embryo Donation Center will provide detailed information about the medical process associated with embryo donation including best practice medical assessment protocols, FDA mandates, and practice implementation. Following the presentation, Ms. Sommerfelt will answer individual questions from the audience.

Eric Phelps, an attorney specializing in reproductive law, will offer information regarding the aspects of contract and property law that underlie the practice of embryo donation.
